At Mitzi, we want you to love your lighting as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all uninstalled fixtures in their original packaging. If your selection isn't the perfect fit for your home, our streamlined process ensures a quick and hassle-free return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack with Care
Securely pack the uninstalled fixture in its original manufacturer's box, including all hardware, instructions, and protective internal padding to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the carton and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
