What is your shipping policy for large lighting fixtures?
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days via standard ground shipping. For oversized items or large chandeliers, we use specialized freight carriers to ensure your products arrive safely and without damage.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Mitzi products are backed by a one-year limited warranty against mechanical and finish defects. Please retain your proof of purchase to facilitate any warranty claims.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Are your fixtures compatible with LED bulbs?
Absolutely. While many of our fixtures feature integrated LED technology, those with traditional sockets are fully compatible with LED replacement bulbs, provided the wattage does not exceed the fixture's maximum rating.
Can I use Mitzi lighting in a bathroom?
Many of our fixtures are UL rated for damp locations, making them perfect for bathroom use. Please check the product specifications on each item page to confirm its specific safety rating.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
